Treatment of heel spurs

A heel spur (enthesopathy) is a type of mineral deposit in the form of spurs, which sometimes occurs in the area of the calcaneal tendon (Achilles) attachment or the plantar fascia, and sometimes at the back of the calcaneus. These bony changes caused by the inflammation of the plantar fascia result in pain and limited mobility of the foot.

Tennis elbow (Lateral epicondylitis)

At the core of this disease are degenerative changes in the elbow tendons, where the are attached to the bone, accompanied by severe inflammation of the surrounding tissue.
“Tennis elbow” is most often a result of a repeated minor trauma, but may also be due to a direct injury caused by a repetitive forearm extensor muscle contractions, particularly at the point of attachment. As a result, tiny tears in the forearm tendon attachment occur, causing progressive degeneration.

Treating a joint

What should you do if arthritis and joint degeneration continue? How can they be stopped? How can a joint be treated? First of all, be prepared for a fairly lengthy and strenuous period of treatment. There is no miracle cure. If “fresh” arthritis can be overcome in a few weeks, treating osteoarthritis which has existed for several years will take several months. Treatment becomes more difficult and lengthy with age, but is still effective. Of course, there are cases where the degree of degradation of a joint is so far-reaching that treatment may last for many years, and because of the patient’s age full recovery will be impossible. However, it is always possible to obtain a significant improvement and, just as importantly, restrict the disease.

The objective of Fonovit treatment is to restore the flow of blood in the joint. It is essential to reduce inflammation, improve the blood parameters, to accelerate the regeneration processes and the regulation of the blood supply in the joint.

Gout – causes and new treatments

The term “gout” is the most popular name for the majority of diseases associated with unidentified pain in various soft tissues and joints. Just a slight increase in uric acid levels over 4 units per ml causes uric acid crystals to form in the joint tissue – and consequently the slow degradation of the joint tissue. The increased uric acid levels can often cause Achilles tendon injuries and joint tissue inflammations. Fonovit is an effective device that ensures success in the fight against the cause of gout – decreasing the output of the kidneys. It is worth lowering uric acid levels and therefore ensuring that our tissue is healthy.
